Welcome to Eleyo - Doyle Early Childhood Center's new invoicing system. Full day tuition for 2023-2024 is $7,250.00. Tuition is broken down into 10 equal payments. Invoices are sent out on the 1st of the month and due on the 15th, beginning in August. If you need financial assistance you can go to Parent Forms on the Wakefield Public School website for the free and reduced application. Applications need to be filled out each year. Please make sure you fill out the sharing form and indicate that would like to share the information with Doyle. NOTE: You must have received prior approval from the Doyle Early Childhood Center office to complete the registration in Eleyo. If you've been pre-approved, please select Enroll Now below to begin the registration process. If you have not been pre-approved, please contact the ECC Office at 781-246-6420. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING** _______________________________ Before and After School Program There is a non-refundable annual registration fee of $50 per child or $80 per family to join our Before and After School programs. Wakefield Academy follows the WPS school calendar. If WPS is closed, Wakefield Academy will be also. Exceptions are February and April Vacation Weeks. If you are new to our online registration system, Eleyo, you will need to create an account for yourself and then add your child or children to your account. (Only fields with a * are mandatory. All other fields are optional.) When creating your account please have the following information on hand before beginning the registration: Emergency contact's information Health and medication information Last name of your child's teacher You will then create a contract for your child(ren) for the 23-24 school year. Contract requests are pending until approved by the Wakefield Academy team. Select Enroll Now to begin the registration process! The cost of the Pre-K program is below: Before School - $10 per day/per child After School - $25 per day/per child Early Release - $30 per day/per child The cost of the K-4 program is below: Before School - $10 per day/per child After School - $20 per day/per child Early Release - $30 per day/per child The cost of the Galvin MS program is below: After School - $20 per day/per child Early Release - $30 per day/per child Adding or Deleting Days to Your Child's Schedule If you need to add or delete days to your child's schedule please use these instructions: Steps to delete/add days to your child's account (desktop/laptop) Steps to add/delete days to your child's account (mobile) Please make sure all needed dates are for the next month are added prior to the 25th of the current month. This is for the safety or your child to ensure proper dismissal. **TO ENSURE PROPER STAFFING, EARLY RELEASE DAYS CANNOT BE ADDED ONCE THE MONTH HAS STARTED. YOU CANNOT USE DROP-IN DAYS OR SWITCH DAYS FOR EARLY RELEASE DAYS. BE SURE TO INCLUDE THEM ON YOUR MONTHLY SCHEDULE.** Changes can be made to any month until it is invoiced. Invoicing takes place on 27th of the current month for the coming month. Once invoiced, you are still able to switch days within a month by contacting your Site Coordinator or you may add the occasional drop in day (maximum 3 per month) through your child's account or by contacting the Site Coordinator. Invoicing and Payments Invoices are processed on the 27th of the current month for the upcoming month. No refunds or credits are given once a month has been invoiced unless it is due to an illness or injury where the child missed 5 or more consecutive school days. Payment is due within 5 days of receipt of the invoice after which time a $50 late fee will apply.
