Before and After School Program
There is a non-refundable annual registration fee of $50 per child or $80 per family to join our Before and After School programs.
Wakefield Academy follows the WPS school calendar. If WPS is closed, Wakefield Academy will also be. Exceptions are February and April Vacation Weeks.
If you are new to our online registration system, Eleyo, you will need to create an account for yourself and then add your child or children to your account. (Only fields with a * are mandatory. All other fields are optional.)
When creating your account, please have the following information on hand before beginning the registration:
You will then create a contract for your child(ren) for the 24-25 school year.
Contract requests are pending until approved by the Wakefield Academy team.

Adding or Deleting Days to Your Child's Schedule
If you need to add or delete days to your child's schedule, please use these instructions:

Please ensure all needed dates for the next month are added before the 25th of the current month. This is for the safety of your child to ensure proper dismissal.
Changes can be made to any month until it is invoiced. Invoicing occurs on the 27th of the current month for the coming month. Once invoiced, you can still switch days within a month by contacting your Site Coordinator, or you may add the occasional drop-in day (maximum 3 per month) through your child's account or by contacting the Site Coordinator.

Invoicing and Payments
Invoices are processed on the 27th of the current month for the upcoming month.
No refunds or credits are given once a month has been invoiced unless it is due to an illness or injury where the child missed five or more consecutive school days.
Payment is due within five days of receipt of the invoice, after which a $50 late fee will be applied.
