Before and After School Program Overview

Registration

• Annual Registration Fee (Non-refundable):
  • $50 per child
  • $80 per family
• Program Follows WPS School Calendar
  • If Wakefield Public Schools (WPS) are closed, Wakefield Academy is also closed.
  • Exceptions: February and April Vacation Weeks 
• Online Registration via Eleyo
  • New users must create an account and add each child.
  • Only fields marked with * are required.
  • Required information before registering:
    • Emergency contact details
    • Health and medication information
• After account setup, create a contract for the 2026–2027 school year for each child.
• Contract requests remain pending until approved by the Wakefield Academy team.
• Click "Enroll Now" to start.

Program Costs

Pre-K Program

• Before School: $10/day per child
• After School: $25/day per child
• Early Release: $30/day per child

Grades K–4

• Before School: $10/day per child
• After School: $20/day per child
• Early Release: $30/day per child

Galvin Middle School

• After School: $20/day per child
• Early Release: $30/day per child

Schedule Changes (Add/Delete Days)

• Use desktop/laptop or mobile instructions to make schedule changes.
• See below for schedule change and invoicing dates
• Changes allowed until the month is invoiced
• After invoicing:
  • You may switch days up to 3 days per month within the same month. Please use the Parent Portal to make the request.
  • You may request up to 3 drop-in days per month through your account. Drop in days are available upon request are subject to approval based on registration numbers for the requested dates. If the option to request drop in days is unavailable online, please use the Parent Portal. Please note drop in days are for last minute emergencies or unexpected needs and are not intended to be used for routine schedule changes or ongoing schedule management.

Invoicing & Payment

• Payment due: Within 5 days of receiving the invoice.
• • A $50 late fee applies if payment is late.
• Refunds/Credits:
  • No refunds/credits after invoicing unless the child misses 5+ consecutive school days due to illness or injury.
