Intro to Python Coding

Fall 2025

This introductory Python programming class is designed for students who are eager to learn one of the world’s most popular and versatile programming languages. Python is a powerful, yet beginner-friendly language, perfect for young coders to develop problem-solving skills and gain a solid foundation in computer science. The course will include a mix of instructor-led lessons, collaborative coding exercises, and individual project time. By the end of the course, students will be able to write basic Python programs and will have a strong foundation for future learning in computer science.

  • Understanding Python Basics: Learn fundamental Python syntax, including variables, loops, conditionals, and functions.
  • Problem-Solving and Logic: Strengthen logical thinking by tackling coding challenges and puzzles.
