Kids Sing, Dance, and Move & Groove in GroovyBeBop! This enrichment program encourages children’s primary music development by helping them learn basic music competence and introductory musical concepts, through song, dance, and instrument play in a fun-filled, interactive environment.

Classes Include: artistically conceived flow of classic kids’ songs, nursery rhymes, finger plays, focused instrument play, circle dances, and instrumental jam sessions to various styles of music from around the globe.

Instruments Include: shaker eggs, rhythm sticks, tambourines, drums, resonator bells, jingle bells & play-along instruments

Props Include: silk scarves, ribbon bands, rainbow rope, parachutes & puppets

Teachers serve as positive role-models accompanying each class playing guitar or ukulele live, inspiring students each day. Lesson plans are adapted for Preschool & Pre-K to include more advanced elements including: introduction to musical notation, terminology, and theory, as well as dramatic musical play, and incorporating children’s ideas & initiatives.

GroovyBeBop gives children the perfect introduction to music, as they explore instruments, find their singing voices, feel the rhythm in their bodies, and build confidence as they discover the joy of expressing themselves through music!
